Shipping Time —
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days provided all products ordered are in stock. Some orders may take longer due to back-ordered products, large quantities, or other complexities. If time is a factor contact our sales department for an estimate of when an order will ship. Our policy is to ship complete, so if one item is on back order, we will hold shipping on the in-stock items until the order can be completely fulfilled unless customer request otherwise.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to be an ESTIMATE. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Express Orders —
(Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) received before 12:00 PM (EST) will process the same day PROVIDED THE CUSTOMER CONTACTS THE SALES DEPARTMENT, PRIOR TO CHECKOUT, TO VERIFY THE PRODUCTS NEEDED ARE IN STOCK AND CAN SHIP. Express orders received after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day. Additionally, while UPS still maintains a good record of on time delivery for expedited shipments they have dropped their delivery guarantee.
Tracking Information —
When possible tracking information is provided on the body of the invoice that is emailed to you the day your order ships. The tracking is not in the email it is on the attached invoice.
Free Shipping —
Qualifying items that receive Free Shipping are shipped via best way. Free Shipping is only applicable to the continental United States. Excludes Alaska, and Hawaii.
