This is a brand-new, complete factory drop-in differential, fully assembled with the Halo V2 Locker Kit and ready to install. , this unit is not compatible with Smart-Lok models.

Everything required for installation is included except gear oil—no additional parts, machining, or setup required. Simply install it into your machine and ride.

What’s New: Halo V2 Design

The 2025+ Can-Am Visco-Lock differentials introduced internal changes that required a complete redesign of our previous locker system. Rather than simply adapting the old design, we took the opportunity to improve every aspect we could—and the result is the Halo V2.

Key Improvements & Features

• Stronger, redesigned locking system featuring a one-piece locking ring that eliminates pressed-in locking pins

• Longer axle spline engagement to reduce stress and help prevent axle tip breakage

• More compact, relocated actuating mechanism for increased clearance with aftermarket axles and oversized CV joints

• Simplified, more reliable design with approximately 30% fewer internal parts

• Positive locking ring gear bolt system for improved strength and durability under extreme use

Important Fitment Note

Note:
Can-Am X3 models with 64″ track width require a minor suspension modification. The A-arm crossbar must be relocated 4 inches outboard from the stock position for proper clearance.
